I have has been drawing since I was able to pick up a crayon. But ever since winning the "Most Artistic" award in Mrs. McCalister's third-grade class, I knew I wanted to be an artist. Since then, I went on to study illustration at Ringling College of Art & Design, and after graduating, I became a freelance illustrator with my art being seen on many different products and publications. I have also worked in the newspaper industry since 2000 as a graphic artist and designer. I currently live in Palmetto with my wife Jennifer (another visual journalist) and two kids Erik (wrestler) and Emily (softball player), who all put up with my love of pro wrasslin'.
