The Times and I go way back – about 30 years back, actually, to the downtown Clearwater office, where I worked while attending St. Petersburg Junior College. After earning my journalism degree from the University of Florida, I returned to the Times. I have held a variety of roles over the years and am passionate about the work we do. As editor of our LifeTimes section and a copy editor, I strive to find stories of interest to our readers and craft engaging headlines, working daily with talented writers. To satisfy my wanderlust, I travel often, writing on occasion about my trips around the world. I’m a St. Petersburg native, and Fort De Soto is one of my happy places, as is Gainesville, where my children attend college.
