Newsletter and Social Media Producer

Hi! I’m Hannah. I grew up in a small farm town in south Jersey picking soybeans and fishing for flounder (people forget NJ is the Garden State). In 2013, I moved to Tampa for my undergrad studies at the University of Tampa, where I played lacrosse and studied abroad in Australia. I’ve bounced around a bit since: Chicago for a degree from Northwestern’s Medill, D.C. for a few years to work for Nat Geo and POLITICO, and now back to Tampa where I plan to stay for a while. When I’m not working on newsletters (have you signed up for DayStarter?) and reporting on local happenings, you can find me in a CrossFit gym, on the pickleball courts, or on a plane to hike a mountain in somewhere like Maine or Peru.
